The hotel was a fantastic experience overall. The rooms were spotlessly clean and incredibly cozy, making our stay very comfortable. The service was exceptional; the friendly staff couldn't do enough to make our time there special. The location, nestled against the lush jungle hills, offered a mesmerizing backdrop for our stay. The dining was a delight every morning, setting the perfect tone for our days. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a memorable stay.
The hotel offers spectacular views of the river's rapids and the valley, with huge rooms that are in very old condition. Although the rooms provide great scenery, they suffer from broken tiles, dirt, and mold. The service was very helpful, notably lending a hairdryer and assisting with directions. The location, nestled in a beautiful garden setting next to the river, is ideal for nature lovers. Dining was highlighted by tasty cooked-to-order meals in a cozy atmosphere. Facilities were adequate, though the rooms need maintenance.
